Pantomine Trip Lunches
As this performance will last most of the morning, the children will not be back in school in time for a hot meal at dinner time. Instead sandwiches / packed lunches, can be provided.
There will be no hot meals on this day regardless if your child is attending the trip or not.
To ensure there is no food wastage, if you would like your child to have a packed lunch provided for them, please complete the form here. Packed lunches consist of either a ham or cheese sandwich, a small bottle of water and a yogurt.
Please complete this form by Thurs 30th No

The Parenting Puzzle
From January, our school will be hosting a programme with Barnados called The Parenting Puzzle. The programme will cover a range of aspects for supporting your child’s behaviour, mental health and selfesteem. Over recent months, we have had more and more parents and carers approaching us as a school for support with behaviour and dysregulation at home which we are always willing to do. We believe in a community/ family approach to supporting our children and this has been the reason for us offering to host this programme to support you all for the benefit of our children.
This programme will be of huge benefit to any parent or carer who needs some additional support at home with a range of concerns. We will be holding a coffee morning with Barnados at 9am on the 5th of December in our school hall for anyone who wishes to come along and find out more about the programme and also to find out more about the other support options available from Barnados. Please see the attached leaflet for more information on Barnados services.

Attendance Matters

The United Nation Article 28 states ‘every child has the right to have a primary education’. We are linking our attendance performance to this article.
We want our children to have the best possible education to give them the best chance in life. If your children aren’t in school we can’t give them this opportunity and can’t give them the opportunity to ‘be the best they can be.’

Online Safety – TikTok Live
We are continually sharing our concerns with you regarding TikTok. It is not appropriate for Primary School aged children and with an age rating of 13, all of our children are too young to access the platform. One of the risks with TikTok is TikTok Live. It has recently been brought to our attention that TikTok Live presents many risks to children and young people. Please click here to find out more. Further information to follow.
