Parent Governor Vacancies
We currently have two parent governor vacancies at our school. This is a fantastic opportunity to play an active role in shaping the future of our school and supporting the education of all our children.
If you’re interested or would like to find out more about the role, please don’t hesitate to contact Mrs Wangielor see her on the gate. Nomination forms have already been sent out but if you need another form, please pop into the school office.
Sports Days
Sports Day dates can be found on the ‘important dates’ page below and also on Dojo. Children will need to come to school on Sports Day in their PE kit wearing their house colour. If you have any questions please see your child’s class teacher.
PTA Colour Run
We are running a Colour Run Event on 16th July 2025 after school. Information has been sent home with children and is also on Dojo.
We are looking for volunteers to support with this event. Miss Hayward has created a variety of roles you can sign up to carry out on Dojo. If you don’t have Dojo- but would like to help- please see Miss Hayward in the office. We will be holding a PTA Meeting afterschool on 12th June 2025 and all are welcome.

Attendance Matters
The United Nation Article 28 states ‘every child has the right to have a primary education’. We are linking our attendance performance to this article.
We want our children to have the best possible education to give them the best chance in life. If your children aren’t in school we can’t give them this opportunity and can’t give them the opportunity to ‘be the best they can be.’

Online Safety – Group Chats
We are having increasing issues with children being in Group Chats on Whatsapp, SnapChat or other platforms that are creeping into school and disrupting learning time. Whilst some group chats can be fun, they can also present risks. You should always monitor your child’s online usage and regularly check their group chats and who they are speaking to online.
