Sports Day

Sports Day dates can be found on the ‘important dates’ page and also on Dojo. Children will need to come to school on Sports Day in their PE kit. If you have any questions please see your child’s class teacher.

Change to Clubs

Due to an unexpected staffing clash we’ve had to make some last minute changes to clubs. Thank you for your understanding in this matter. Cricket- will now be taking place on MONDAY (first session 12/05/25) Film- will not start until after half term and will be on THURSDAY (first session 05/06/25)

RSE Teaching

Next week we will be teaching Relationships and Sexuality Education (RSE) in our Jigsaw lessons, the same as we have done the last few years. The children are taught in year groups rather than their usual mixed classes to ensure they receive the appropriate lesson for their age. Each day after the lesson your child’s class teacher will share on Dojo, the learning intention and vocabulary used so you will be prepared for any questions your child may have.

Attendance Matters
The United Nation Article 28 states ‘every child has the right to have a primary education’. We are linking our attendance performance to this article.
We want our children to have the best possible education to give them the best chance in life. If your children aren’t in school we can’t give them this opportunity and can’t give them the opportunity to ‘be the best they can be.’

Online Safety – Online Friends

Keeping our children safe online is just as important as keeping them safe in the real world.

More and more, children are making friends with people they meet online. But do you know who they are really talking to?
