Dear Parents and Carers,
Today is the last day of our Spring term, and yet again, what a quick and busy term that was! As always, our children and staff have
worked incredibly hard to be the best they can be! I would like to thank all of our children for being the superstars they always are and
for making us smile each and every day! I would like to thank our incredible team of staff who work so hard behind the scenes to ensure
our children have such wonderful learning experiences and are so well cared for. I would also like to thank you all as parents and carers
for your ongoing support for the school, it is greatly appreciated.
We are still waiting on updated Covid-19 guidance from Welsh Government and Local Authority. As soon as we receive that, our school
risk assessment will be reviewed and any changes or updates will be shared with you.
I hope you all have a wonderful Easter break! Take care,
Mrs Wangie

Staffing Update

Enterprise Sales and Bake Sale
Thank you to you all for your support at our Foundation Phase and Key Stage 2 Enterprise Sales this week. The children and staff worked so hard to plan, make and advertise their products so it was great to see so much support for their hard work. Each class made a great profit which will now be spent by the children in each class.
Thank you also to everyone for supporting Zavien and Imaani’s bake sale, they raised a huge £198 for their chosen charity to support an orphaned child. They have made a beautiful thank you card that we will share on Dojo.

Online Safety
Yet another disturbing and scary video game and character is doing the rounds on various social media platforms. Poppy Playtime, including the character Huggy Wuggy, has been described and scary highly unsuitable for children. Please be alert to what your children are watching and accessing online. When videos such as these are seen, they cannot be unseen and can be traumatising for primary aged children.
