Dosbarth Melyn: Imaani and Emiah
Dosbarth Glas: Isaac and Penny
Dosbarth Porffor: Chloe-Leigh and Charlie
Dosbarth Enfys: Francesca and Alanna
We’d also like to say a huge well done to those children receiving a Mathletics or Headteacher certificate. Well done to all of our certificate winners, we are very proud of you all!

Enterprise Sales

Next week, the children will be taking part in an Enterprise Week where they will design and make products to sell. We would like you to join us on the yard at 2.45pm on Wednesday for Foundation Phase pupils (Coch, Oren and Melyn) and on Thursday for KS2 pupils (Glas, Porffor and Enfys) where you will have the opportunity to buy the things they make. Please pick up the children at this time so they can take you shopping.
There will also be a bake sale hosted in the junior shelter at the same time on both days by Zavien and Imaani, two of our pupils. As part of Ramadan, they have chosen to raise funds for an orphaned child by selling pre-baked goods donated from local stores. 100% of the proceeds will go to the charity. We are very proud of their generosity and kindness and would invite you all to support them.
Thank you in advance for your support.

Easter Egg Raffle

Thank you so much to everyone who bought a ticket for our London trip raffle. We raised £370 towards the trip and we had lots of very happy children going home with their sweet treats. Thank you very much for your support in the raffle and thank you to Mrs Lloyd for doing an amazing job of organising it all!

Rugby Camps

During the Easter half term the WRU are running a variety of Rugby camps across the region as part of the wider fit & fed programme.
These are running for children in years 2 – 6. The majority of the mixed camps are full however they have plenty of spaces remaining on the Girls Rugby camp that will be running on Tuesday 12th April at Newbridge RFC. The camps are purely tag/ touch rugby, so the girls do not need to have experience of contact or have ever played rugby before. The camp will be running from 10 – 3pm and lunch is provided. To book on the camp, please fill in the below form, ensuring you select the Girls Camp.

Online Safety

With 2.9 billion users, Facebook is the world’s most popular social media platform. Facebook is free, and anyone over 13 can join – but with no age verification, younger children can easily create an account: it’s likely your child is already familiar with the platform, even if they don’t yet use it themselves. In the guide at the link below, you’ll find tips on a number of potential risks such as cyberbullying, strangers and the addictive nature of Facebook:
