School News

Please Park Respectfully

Once again, we are receiving reports of cars blocking our neighbours’ drives when dropping off and collecting the children from school. This is unacceptable. We politely ask you to be considerate and refrain from blocking anyone’s drive and causing disruption.
Please share this with Grandparents and other relatives who may be dropping off and collecting the children.

Polite Reminders

Use of Play Equipment Before and After School
A polite reminder that our play equipment (the Butterfly Garden and the Trim Trail on the field) are not to be used before or after school for health and safety reasons. We also can’t allow children to ride bikes or scooters on school site before or after school. Please share this with family who also drop off and collect.

Money
A polite reminder that all money brought to school must be in a labelled envelope. A folded bit of paper with sellotape is absolutely fine! We’ve got a very large amount of money coming into school for a variety of different trips/clubs. Any money brought in loose will unfortunately be returned.
Thank you for your understanding.

Thank you for your support to our PE kit changes introduced from September.
We have seen lots of children looking so smart in their new kit.

Attendance Matters

The United Nation Article 28 states ‘every child has the right to have a primary education’. We are linking our attendance performance to this article.
We want our children to have the best possible education to give them the best chance in life. If your children aren’t in school we can’t give them this opportunity and can’t give them the opportunity to ‘be the best they can be.’

Online Safety – Roblox
Iit has come to our attention that there is a new game within the computer game Roblox called ‘Sus Cat’ which contains highly inappropriate content for children. As always, please be highly vigilant when your children are online. Children should be monitored at all times when using the internet and there should always be parental safety controls in place on all of their devices.
Keeping your child safe online is vital, they cannot unsee something when they have already seen it and this can be damaging.
Please click here to access a leaflet giving more information about Roblox. If you need any help with your child’s devices, please don’t hesitate to ask.
