Harvest Donations
On Monday (7th October), we have our Harvest assembly. Thank you for the donations of tinned /dry goods already received. If you would still like to donate, please bring them in on Monday morning.

Thank you in advance for your support. Your donations will go directly to supporting local food banks.

Parking
Can we please once again ask you to park respectfully outside of our school during drop off and collection. Some of our staff were unable to get into our school car park this week as there were cars parked on the yellow lines outside of the gates and they were blocking the car park entrance.

If you must bring a vehicle to school, we politely ask you to be considerate when parking, ensuring you are not parking illegally or blocking drives. Please walk your children to and from school. Not only will this make our school a safer area but will also ensure the children are getting fresh air and exercise before and after school.

Please share this with Grandparents and other relatives who may be dropping off and collecting the children.

We have requested for a Civil Enforcement Officer (CEO) to support us with safe parking outside of the school and I have been informed they will be in attendance at various times. A CEO observing a vehicle parking in contravention of the parking restrictions have the power and authority to issue a fine. You can also request for a CEO to support our school by clicking here (you will need to click ‘continue wihout registering’ to proceed.)

School Dinners
Please click this link to order school dinners for your child for next week, week beginning Monday 7th of October.

Please look at the form carefully and choose which dinner option for each day your child would like to order. Your child does not need to have a school dinner every day. Please fill out the form even if your child brings sandwiches from home everyday. You will need to order your child’s dinners by Friday. Ordered meals will be passed to the school kitchen every Monday morning.

Attendance Matters

The United Nation Article 28 states ‘every child has the right to have a primary education’. We are linking our attendance performance to this article.
We want our children to have the best possible education to give them the best chance in life. If your children aren’t in school we can’t give them this opportunity and can’t give them the opportunity to ‘be the best they can be.’

Online Safety- Call of Duty
It is always very concerning to hear that some of our children are playing, or watching adults play, Call of Duty. Call of Duty is a very violent game and has an age rating of 18+. If children of Primary School age are allowed to play or watch Call of Duty, this is a safeguarding concern.

Please click here to find out more about the risks of Call of Duty.
